Dr. J. Scott Litton Jr
Doctor of Medicine
I am a Board Certified Family Medicine physician. I received the Doctor of Medicine degree from The University of Virginia School of Medicine in 2000 and completed a residency in Family Medicine in Spartanburg, SC in 2003. I started Litton Family Medicine in 2003. The staff and I give God the glory and credit for giving us the ability and privilege to provide care to our patients.
Shanley Shelburne
Physician Assistant
I graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's of Science in Biology and Chemistry, and completed my Master's of Science in Physician Assistant studies from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC, in 2015. I moved to Southwestern VA in 2016 where I started practicing in Cardiology and later switched to Primary Care. In my free time you can catch me spending time with my family, running, cycling, or gardening.
Kala Rutherford
Family Nurse Practitioner
I am a graduate of King University, with a Master's of Science in Nursing. I completed my concentration as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020. I practiced as a Registered Nurse, specializing in Ortho/Neuro/Trauma for 5 years before joining Litton Family Medicine. I am married to my wonderful husband, Jonathan, and we have a daughter, Harper McKenna. We enjoy spending our time with our family, and our dogs on our farm, or at the lake. I also enjoy cooking, baking and hosting family and friends.
